Whats a good feeling? Like today, i find out i make more than i
previously did, ALOT more. And another thing. These people that are
older then me that work there, hate on a playa like me cus of my
status. Me and another lady, out of the WHOLE building has this
position.
Your probably wondering what i do.
Ok it goes a little something like this,
When you have a gym membership the only way you can get enrolled is if 1. you have bank account or 2. you have a credit/debit card. Basically it has to be electronically transfered.
Heres the job description:
When a member has a credit card whether its american express, discover, visa, or mastercard, them being the card holder they can dispute the charges on their card. When they dispute it, it can either be from the card holder thinking they dont have to pay for the charge OR they just simply dont know what that charge is for. SO, I have to explain to the credit card company why the charge is there OR find proof of why our charge is valid and owed to LA Fitness. Better yet, i lke to call myself the "LA Fitness attorney".
